of that over a parking spot. >> wbal-tv 11 news. >> and tonight, a baltimore city fire paramedic has been suspended with pay. sean white has been charged with two counts of second degree assault. david collins joins us from fire headquarters downtown with the details. david? >> charging documents indicate the paramedic pushed the patient down, slapped her and grabbed her by the throat and some of the assault was captured on videotape. according to police, the paramedic assaulted and intoxicated woman. lycee it happened during a call to render aid. police accuse her of -- accused -- police accuse him of slapping the woman. these cameras captured some of the incident on tape. the firefighter chief disagrees with the police version of the incident. what did you see on the tape?
